Hamburg - the pearl in the north of Germany

Combine your trip to Helgoland with a stay in the Hanseatic city of Hamburg! Due to its maritime character Hamburg forms a perfect combination together with the high sea island Helgoland. And Hamburg has a lot to offer:

Events in Hamburg

Be it a musical in the evening or another event. In Hamburg, a wide variety of events take place every day. A musical that attracts thousands of visitors every year is located in the port of Hamburg and the experience begins with a short ferry crossing from the Landunsgbrücken to the Stage Theater. But also other musicals like Disney the Ice Queen, Hamilton or Wicked will call Hamburg their home in the coming months. If the taste is more for a reading or a cozy concert, you will find it, for example, in the St.Pauli Bunker on Feldstraße. Behind its imposing walls, readings, small concerts or exhibitions by artists take place on a regular basis.

Culinary in Hamburg

A visit to the Hamburg fish market is one of the highlights, as is a stroll through downtown Hamburg. The Hamburg fish market is held regularly on Sundays from 5 to 9:30. Here, everything from fish to fruit to souvenir items is brought to the man or woman by market criers. If you are a coffee or tea lover, you will find what you are looking for in the Speicherstadt. There you will find the headquarters of the Speicherstadt Kaffeerösterei as well as Meßmer Momentum. With their tea or coffee drinking options, trying something new and the special ambience, the two companies enchant their guests.

Historical Hamburg

Hamburg is full of history. Starting with the traces of the Hanseatic League over the Speicherstadt to the 150 year old city hall in downtown Hamburg. Attractions such as the car museum "prototype", the great Miniatur Wunderland, the Old Elbe Tunnel and much more, invite visitors to see history in its own way. In addition, the Elbphilharmonie attracts a visit: here both music lovers and harbor visitors get their money's worth - the viewing platform of the "Elphi" offers a great view over the Elbe and the harbor facilities.
